Atelier Hotel

Charming hotel with an interesting design, very close to main tourist areas but still relatively quiet.

WiFi connection in the room was patchy.

Loved the design of the room. The only downside is there is no elevator.

Good location. Walking distance to eating places, supermarket around the corner. Pancakes and Cambodian breakfast (pork with rice) were tasty.

Western breakfast (omelette) came with stale and mouldy bread both mornings. We told the staff working that morning about it, they spoke little English but they did give us new toast when we pointed out the mouldy bread. Cockroach and mosquitoes in the room. Difficult to unlock the door.

Beautiful and extremely spacious room with a great balcony The bathroom was the best we have had in our 7 weeks in Asia - hot water at the sink!

Beautiful design and Amazing service and staff! They were incredibly kind and went out of their way to provide whatever they could to make my stay more comfortable. (Thank you for providing the mosquito net, what a lovely gesture!)

I'm being picky here, but the lighting in the bathroom is awful, can't see yourself in the mirror. The shower is extremely generous, I'd suggest to check for water consumption issues. The mattress was pretty bad, but they changed it after I mentioned it! Mosquito nets so e be great to have in the rooms, encourage people to use less the AC and enjoy the lovely Cambodian cool nights at this time of the year!
