Room clean enough, staff kind

Expensive, no swimming pool, mosquitoes everywhere. We decided to move to another hotel with swimming pool amazing garden near the 7/11 for half price 20usd.

Had a great stay at Atelier in SR. Great location, strong WiFi, powerful AC, big balcony, and friendly staff. Phannya at the front desk was very professional and always helpful. My new favorite place in SR.

The only negatives I can think of are the tiny ants in the desk area and a few mosquitos due to the plants and hotel theme.

Every night there will be loud music booming and the vibration from a pub a few doors away. wont be able to sleep but they will stop before midnight. I am sharing room with a friend (twin bed) but housekeeping kept mixing the pillows and our pajamas and put it in the wrong bed after making up the bed. They didnt mop or wipe the dust from the table and floor when we check in and only did it the next day.

The location and the style was good

The service not very good. Wasn’t very clean Lots of mosquitos Was meant to clean the room at 6am when we left for the day. Got back at 2 room was cleaned. Had to ask them to clean it. The didn’t have an ironing board so I had to iron my clothes on The bed.

Ant problem in my room and balcony. A few cockroaches. Cleaners didn't come 2 days when I had the "please clean" sign out.

Great staff very helpful, great location.

The location is good near to Pub street and food street

The shower room is too small
