The staff was very nice and responsive, accommodating to our requests.

Everything was disgusting bad, unsanitary and unsafe.

The hotel does not correspond to the declared 4 stars in the booking application. The hotel rooms are old, not suitable for rest or work, the floors are squeaky, the bed linen is not fresh, the lighting in the room is dim, the Internet is weak, there is only one trash can for the entire room. It is difficult to use the minibar as there are no can openers in the room. The walls of the room are shabby, the bathroom is old and all the plumbing is flimsy and out of order, the hood is very noisy, it turns on along with the light in the bathroom, every trip to the bathroom is accompanied by a lot of noise, which is very inconvenient and scary. The toilet seat and flush tank were not firmly secured to the floor; with each flush, the tank moved towards the wall; the last time of using the toilet, the tank fell and hit the bathroom wall, breaking. The price for damage is not fixed, depends on the mood of the reception and the hotel owner, visual inspection by a plumber, the price varies from 40 thousand tenge and above, an unpleasant bonus for payment for damage will scold you, you will receive censure and reproaches from the reception, in the person of a woman named Christina. Breakfast is poor, baker products are not fresh, service does not correspond to what is stated in the booking application.

Very kind and fast personal. Quiet side street. Close to downtown.

Room without daylight and fresh air. Had to chose between room without window or window into indoor hall. The latter was due to restaurant guests noisy. Maybe bigger rooms have are nicer.
