Friendly helpful staff, comfortable room, well equipped with everything working, decent breakfast, good location for walking around the old centre, excellent value

Having stayed here a few days previously, I booked it again when passing back through Vientiane...no further comment needed!

Good neighbourhood next to night market and many restaurants. Room is large and clean. Folks were cleaning constantly when I was there. Hotel is walking distance to the malls (if you like walking)

No complaints. Brioche bread is served for breakfast, which I found strange. Seems to be a Laos-wide thing.

The room was clean and nicely presented. The staff member who checked me in was lovely, friendly and informative. The bed was well made and towels provided. It was definitely fine for a one night stay and had AC and a fan. The bed was comfortable and all facilities worked.

The balcony it turned out, was not attached to my room but you had to leave your room and go through these double doors which were kind of accessible to all other guests. As a solo traveler this did not feel comfortable for me and i had wanted to sit and chill on the terrace. At 7am in the morning there was someone out there on the terrace infront of my window. As another guest has posted, breakfast is very strange. It is very heavily egg based and i don't eat eggs so i couldn't have anything off the menu. I asked for toast, the man said ok toast but it never came. There was no bread and yet there was butter and jam....but nothing to put on that. There were some small containers of breakfast cereal but no milk to put on it. The breakfast wasn't very self explanatory and after a while i realised in the big fridge was all this cut up fruit. The fruit was definitely lovely. If there had been yoghurt i could have put yoghurt, oats and fruit together. I left after breakfast to go and get a proper breakfast somewhere.
