The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, but not overbearing at all. Lovely people. And the hotel was absolutely beautiful in wooden walls, floors, and furnishings.

The street in front of the hotel was undergoing construction at the time of my stay and was a broken dirt base; the staff did well at keeping the hotel clean despite all the dirt in the air.

It’s a really nice older hotel with a lovely wooden staircase and comfortable rooms. The manager is a fantastic help in every way - need something, just ask. Amazing.

The only reason it didn’t get a 10 was out of their control - massive roadwork is being done on the front street and should be done in a few months but it’s not great to have to walk through a construction zone to get to your hotel. Would definitely stay here again when the construction is done.

Windows didn't completely close, mosquitoes in room. Breakfast has few options, especially for vegetarians/vegans, mostly various cooked eggs, fruit, jam & butter but no bread, cereals (in tea container smelling like tea) but no milk or bowls. Seems like some food was see-food only for presentation more than to actually use. 😁

The best hotel I ever stayed in Laos.

Very nice place with comfortable rooms, nice pillows, hot water and great breakfast. Staff was terrific, the gal working helped us schedule our bus tickets. The older gentleman who works the desk is just wonderful!

Hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, room is big. Staff is friendly and helpful, you can exchange currency right at the reception desk.

There is construction in front of the hotel so vehicles can't come in but activities stop by 6pm

Clean and spacious room. Staff was very polite and helpful. Excellent location next to night market. Only stayed one night—if I ever return to Vientiane I would stay here again.

Can’t think of anything, to be honest. I guess there were a few mosquitoes…
