The staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was a nice surprise and good. The airport transfer was extremely reasonable too.

The safety deposit box needed a key as the number unlock was not available

The staff were friendly and very helpful. There was always at least one staff available that could speak English.

I always have a hard time with windows that don't have screens, as I like to be able to open the window to let in fresh air without letting in the mosquitos too. Window screens are rare in SE Asia.

The room is spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is great, offering a good variety of fruits to choose from.

The soundproofing needs improvement. At night, you can hear people talking loudly outside, which can be a bit distracting. However, it didn’t bother us too much, so it’s still okay overall.

Super friendly staff, really good value for money with a lovely breakfast - lots of fresh fruit and juices! Good location too.

Our room smelled a little of cigarette smoke unfortunately.

Location . Less than 5 minutes to food court and not too far from the night market. Plenty of food stall nearby. The hotel staff are very helpful.

Road work right in front of the hotel making it inconvenient to walk to/from the hotel. This issue is only temporary cos once the road work completed, all is good.

One of the best small hotels we have stayed in, ever! Such lovely, friendly and helpful staff, especially the gentleman on reception. Very clean. Comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. Air con and fan. Big breakfast with eggs and bread, or porridge, and large selection of fresh fruit. Good location for the sights in the town, the night market and plenty of bars / cafes. We had laundry and it came back folded and smelling nice. They organised a taxi for us to the Thai border which was a very reasonable price, and no headaches!

Nothing, we really recommend this hotel, especially as 2 other guests told us they had problems at other hotels.
