Conditions of the hotel.. pool even for smoke we need to go out

They never have what they say in the menu.. Service is week.. and there is nothing around to go.. or take a trycicle or go walk by yourself at night wthout any lights

The bed and pillows were comfy but no soap in the bathroom to wash hands or for shower. Little bit out of the way from restaurants takes about 25 minutes walk if you want nice restaurants or coffee shops.

No soap and sounds in the morning from staff or guests and some animals

The best part was the games room, however I could not forget the staff that made it a really nice experience to be a guest there!

The bed sheets and towels a bit to worn out.

The aesthetics of the property are beautiful and clean.

They have a silly policy which says that if you buy food from outside the venue you have to pay either 50% of the bill for food and 100% for drinks. The issue is they have a 4-page menu but only had 2 fish options and rice available and one of us was allergic to fish. We would have gladly bought food and drinks for the hotel but given the limitations they offered we couldn’t and in the end it makes no sense.

I like that staff are accommodating. The AC is good. The lobby is child-friendly.

There are obvious signs that the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly when we checked in. There's a small hole on one of the pillow case. 🥺
