Messaged us through Booking.com on the day of our check in to say hotel was no longer able to give us our rooms so would have to move us to a (worse) hotel. We replied on Booking.com to ask them for more information or to cancel but had no response. We ended up staying at One Manalo Place which was great.

Very comfortable and great pool and bar zone.

They offer all the tours and rentals, but, as it's far from town, they charge you 50% more for everything and you don't have much choice. They take advantage of it.

The staff was super kind, cleanliness of the room was exemplary, food was good and the hotel offer a lot of service as trip and van pickup point

Lovely, friendly staff. Comfortable room with good facilities including swimming pool and restaurant. Wide range of foods available on the menu, food was okay. Everything you need in one place for a short stay.

Mini fridge prices were very expensive, which is a shame when there is no shop nearby. The hotel felt a little out of the way with nothing around, so didn’t feel like the safest area to explore. One morning we were woken at 6am with music and singing, not sure where it came from. Wish the pool was open earlier!

The staff were really helpful. Helped arrange bookings for tours and the bus and getting taxis into town. The pool is small, but not busy. I had it to myself most of time. The food they served was good too.

The is a sitting area in the courtyard that all the rooms surround that has a loud fountain (turned off at night)and and area for people to chat. On one of the nights I stayed there were some very guests sitting and talking loudly. I told the staff and they got the people to move, but it still seems a strange place to put a social area in the middle of all the rooms. As I said the staff did fix it when asked.
