Sportsview Hotel Kasarani

Great place, clean rooms, good breakfast. The pool is cleaned every morning.

Rooms could do with a bit of tlc. Sometimes loud music from the gym.

The rooms are very far from the centre and they do not have air conditioners, we had to move our head of delegation due to lack of air conditioners.

Air conditioners must be in all rooms the fans are uncomfortable

Hotel being in quiet area with not too much noise

No air conditioner in the room, no mini fridge in the room, shower mixer not modern, bath room not big enough such that if you want to go the toilet section, you to close the door first so that you can space to go through. Buidings were not properly spread out and poorly designed to create footpaths/corridors for one to easily follow the map of the various scattered pieces of buildings.

Wonderful food, amazing staff who were so friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and gardens to walk in. I cannot recommend it highly enough

The bar, the grounds, proximity to Thika road, water in the shower was nice

The price, length it took to check in, the rooms, stained floors, (slip and fall waiting to happen) stained sheets, that breakfast was not included with the price we paid for our room

The hospitality of the staff.

TV had no variety of channels to choose from and the room had no A/C

Great location and very friendly and attentive staff. Food at the restaurant was also very good.

Bed was very firm and there is no AC in the rooms.
