Sportsview Hotel Kasarani

The staff was exceptional especially Miss Carol, Miss Esther, Mr. Peter. Great location away from the noise of the city.

The wait for ordered dinner was too long. However it could be explained by the large number of clients on certain days.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean . I also enjoyed the hot water showers and access to the hotel restaurant which served delicious food and a bar showing football matches. They were also very kind and stored leftovers for me since there is no fridge and microwave in the rooms. They kindly reheated it for me the next evening.

I just had a problem with my safaricom at one point and did not get much help at the reception. But otherwise the staff at the reception and elsewhere were very kind and welcoming.

The breakfast had a nice variety and an omelet bar. Bed was very comfortable and room furnishings were high quality. The bar area had inside and outside seating for relaxing conversations with friends.
