The location is great and very convenient for our team. It was close to the venue of our conference, which made getting around super easy.

Nothing really, I would recommend this place to friends and colleagues! My colleague and I felt safe enough to take an evening walk around the neighborhood.

The bed was comfortable; calm inner yard; hotel is in a calm area a bit outside of the city centre; rather fast transfer (35-40min) from the airport to the hotel; hotel was well located for my business purpose, i.e. a meeting in one of the international research and development centres nearby; value for money was ok.

There was only hot water in the shower, breakfast choice was a bit limited; loud noise in the early morning from the gym; hotel guests were charged to access the gym; not much to do in the vicinity; room had a terrace on the backside but door was closed.

Great place, friendly, clean. Court yard seating. Attentive staff.

I had like out over bathroom sink that I reported but was never fixed before I checked out. Room 90.

The location is away from the noise of the city... but sometimes you can hear loud music coming from the gym, since the windows are opened. The hotel is around Thika Road, something useful for me during my stay but on the other hand, it is far from the City centre.

The rooms are basic and quite outdated, without air conditioner or mini fridge, Supposedly I booked a room with one large double bed but instead of that, there were two small single beds. The breakfast could be more assorted.

My stay in the hotel was the best experience I ever had. I stood 6 month and I can say the people there are really gone to be a second family to me and the hotel like a second home. People who come to Nairobi I can only recommend to book at this hotel Breakfast buffet rich, staff very friendly and accommodating dine on the menu excellent. With a word this hotel is wonderful
