Dated amenities, but they worked well. It was not important for us, we just need a clean room for a good sleep, and we chose this place. They also serve breakfast with some options of fresh fruits, some drinks and juices. We got free room upgraded and free tour information from the hosts. Comfy beds, tidy room.

The hosts were very helpful and friendly. They organized tours, transport and laundry for us. An excellent location, close to restaurants and bars. The room was very spacious and clean.

The shower was a little weak but always had warm water.

The only good thing is that the hotel is located on a street with a morning market.

I usually stay in hotels, and I don’t really mind whether the room is big or small as long as it’s clean. However, this place had several disappointing issues. The room door didn’t close properly, so you could hear people talking outside—and of course, they could hear everything from inside the room too. The bed was very hard.

Spotlessly clean. Everything you need in the room. Fridge, fan, A/C, hairdryer, kettle. Shower worked well. Very central location. Good breakfast Friendly staff upgraded me which was kind of them because they didn't have to.

We love the location and the hotel staff, The room is clean, tidy, a bit small but has enough space to store luggage. I have a large motorbike and park it in front of the hotel, the staff took care of it.

Friendly staff helped us with tuktuk to lagoons and train tickets to Luangprabang, very good price. The host, Alex was very kind and easy-going, nice to talk with. The basic room was also clean, free breakfast. Located in the center of town.

For the price, it is a really good hotel. Just a place for a good sleep, quiet and peaceful. Near the riverbank and tourist spots. Nice view bedrooms.
