Athyantha Resort

I was the only customer those 2 nights. The staff were well meaning and a good Sri Lankan breakfast both mornings. The view across the fields was great. However the room looked tired, no working kettle or amenities. No hot water. Although the Air conn worked mosquito netting is required. Thhe guesthouse lacked the feel of ownership which is important for a small establishment. A shame as attention to detail could have made it an excellent stay.

The location is great

The facilities like toilet and bed were not clean. It would have been a more pleasant stay if these things were taken care of. We have visited over a year ago and it was much better. The management needs to look into this.

The environment is very green, many birds at the premises. So peaceful and beautiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful!
