Spotlessly clean and useful amenities such as the shared kitchen for basic self-catering plus drying racks for wet swimwear etc. A great location near amenities but away from hustle and bustle of Mirissa town. Thank you for a great stay.

The place is well maintained and in a good location. The rooms are very nice

The owner threatened few times he will kick us out because of our kids noise. So if you come alone or with a partner it's great, with kids think twice.

Everything was fine, but room was a little small.

One of our favourite stays in Sri Lanka, great value for money, super helpful staff, big rooms including a big ensuite with plenty of hot water. They offer laundry service too. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night, would highly recommend.

A great stay in this centrally located Mirissa accommodation less than a 5 min walk from the beach. Incredibly priced, the room was spacious, spotlessly clean and a decent aircon system that was required during our stay. The lovely family running the place were responsive to all our needs. We would recommend to anybody planning a short stay in Mirissa.

The couple that owns the accommodation is really sweet and helpfull. When my wife had a medical emergency they drove us to the hospital. The rooms are cleaned every day. Location was good. Close to some restaurants and less then 10 minutes to the beach.

The personell is very friendly and nice. The house looks Beautiful and the entrance, gate and garden is nice. You get a bottle water in the room.

The room ia crazy hot, no AC, only fan and prob 4-5 degrees hotter than outside and is very humid. Had to sleep with fan on full speed - which make it sound like an helicopter. The electricity is out several times - and then you hear then flicker with the electricity box and fan comes and goes. Shower had mostly cold water and no toiletries and is also in poor condition.
