Lovely host, great value for the price, really good location - set a bit back from the beach where it is a bit calmer. Near a convenience store and great restaurants, would stay again.

This was an exceptional find just a 3-5 minute walk from the centre of Mirissa town. The place is really nice and looks better in person than in the photos. The rooms were spacious, have great air conditioning and an exceptionally tidy bathroom. The bed/mattress was one of the best we’ve come across during our time in Sri Lanka. The owners are friendly. There are tonnes of eateries just 2-3 minutes walk away. Would happily stay here again if we’re back in Mirissa.

The shower in one of our rooms didn’t work when we arrived, but the owners quickly fixed this.

Best accommodation we had in Sri Lanka. Very close to the main beach, restaurants, markets and all the other things you need. The AC worked great, good wifi on the terrace, the rooms were cleaned daily. Everything was fantastic.

This property is an excellent stay in Mirissa, if we could give it more stars we would! The host family is incredibly kind, friendly and always greet you with a smile throughout the day. They provided us with a kettle and a charging adapter also for convenience. The facilities are great! The beds are comfortable, room clean and they have a full sized mosquito net around the beds. There is even hot water! The location was brilliant, there’s plenty of delicious food around, and in a short walk you can reach the Main Street. We ended up extending our stay because it was so great here.

So, this was my sixth accommodation in Sri Lanka and definitely the best one. Hosts are very nice and willing to help,room was clean, great location. There are shops and restaurants close by,the beach is like five minutes away and also a bus stop.Would definitely recommend it to everyone.
