The location is very peaceful and quiet, great to have a little rest. Big room with very comfortable chairs at the balcony. The owner arranged for us a tuk tuk guided tour which was great! The staff was very attentive and helpful.

The location is a little difficult to reach and it is a little far from everything. Screaming peacock 😉

The location with the awesome Tissawewa which has magnificent dagoba's in the background horizon was a majestic sight. Being close to all the major historical attractions was so convenient. At the resort itself it was the service provided which was so good.

The road leading up to the hotel, in particular a point where a 5 m stretch had a very uneven surface was a nuisance. Must say this was not the resort management's fault but the local authorities.

Very friendly and lovely staff, always taking care of the guests and their needs. Great views from the lake, go at night and see how Stupas are illuminated, awesome.

The lake was only within walking distance, and it had a nice view.

The person who was on the property to manage was not friendly. I had a late check-in and said that they wanted the room by 10.30, which was ridiculous. In addition, the access road was not good if you travel by a car. The family room beds were not comfortable and the linen was so bad. However, the bathroom and the washroom was okay.

Clean, big room, good food, very nice staff. They arranged a good tuk-tuk tour of the temples.

A bit far from the city centre, but close to beautiful views of the lake. Sometimes difficult to communicate due to language barrier, but staff tried to accommodate to our needs
