"We checked in and found there is no wifi, so had to pay and leave and find another hotel."

"Cute family run hotel"

Great location on a quiet road looking over the lake! Area felt quite safe. Hiring bikes for 1000r for the day made it easy to cycle around the lake and to the ancient ruins and dagobas. The gardens were stunning and very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Food was well priced and massive meals! This was a reasonable budget stay, would stay again if the shower worked :)

Sheets weren’t the cleanest. Shower didn’t work.

Very friendly manager. Beautiful gardens. Lovely birdsong in the morning. Very comfortable beds on a spacious room. Manager kindly brought us a kettle and cups so we could make tea. Easy to walk up to the lake and view stupas.

Need a tuktuk to get to any restaurants ......no problem though.
