BFC is the place to be to sit on a veranda and watch thousands of birds right in front of you. The owner knows his birds / wildlife and is a very good guide, and his wife is a very good cook! I went on 3 safaris inthe Park, there is around 100 elephants at the moment, and crocks, monkeys, snakes, and birds, and not many people! Beats Yala in my mind. We are quite old, and to be able to just sit on our terrasse and watch 1000nd of birds was such a treat!

When we came, the place was under reconstruction with a lot of work going on to upgrade it. Our host stopped the work totally for 6 of our 8 day stay! And now it's just fine!

Excellent location in a small village only five minutes drive to the entrance to Bundala National Park. A small family run property that is located right on the estuary from where the local fisherman depart in their canoes each morning. Good modern building with large covered balcony for each room looking out over the view towards the sea. Big bed, excellent lighting, good modern bathroom. The owners made me a good breakfast and dinner, and organised a Bundala afternoon safari for me with a very good guide, where I saw many birds, elephants, crocodiles. A small place, well run with a nice family atmosphere.

Het is een prachtige plek aan de rand van het Bundala National Park. Vanaf het terras van onze kamer konden we schitterend vogels kijken. We verbleven in een fijne nieuwe kamer met een ruim terras eromheen De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De man is tevens vogelgids in het park en heeft voor ons en hel mooie vogeltour georganiseerd. In totaal hebben we 70+ soorten plus een olifant gezien

Wifi pas fonctionnel . Repas très simpliste .manque de chaleur naturelle de la part des hôtes.
