Viveka Hotel Colombo

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr sauber. Besonders das Bad und die Dusche waren wirklich ordentlich und nicht dreckig. Auch das Bett war sauber. Durch Klimaanlage und Ventilator war es angenehm kühl und überhaupt nicht warm. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut. Außerdem war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – wenn es ein Problem oder eine Frage gab, wurde uns direkt geholfen.

Die Unterkunft war leider sehr hellhörig. Am Ende des Aufenthalts war der Service nicht optimal, da wir sehr lange auf ein Taxi warten mussten und dadurch fast unseren Bus verpasst haben. Ansonsten gab es keine weiteren negativen Punkte.

No lift have to climb stsirs. No phone to tge reception and the number to call from personal phone wS not ansered by staff. Rooms were not provided with basics ie no coffee, water and toilet tissue. Had to keep asking

The hotel was located inside the city which made it convenient to travel across different tourist places. The breakfast offered by the property was also good.

1. Breakfast options are limited. 2. We had booked a double deluxe room only to find that the room was extremely small and we had limited space to roam about or even keep the bags 3. There is no elevator inside the hotel which makes it challenging for people who have multiple baggages. 4. We were given a room with no phone connection. Each time we had to go downstairs to the reception for any assistance.

Great Stay!!!clean and can recommend the place. Breakfast was delicious too.
