Great stay. Very kind personnel

Location was a bit inadequate for my stay but you have everything you need nearby except for the main city attractions.

I seperately purchased the breakfast. Most of the time excellennt. But one time they took more than 30min to deliver. But informed while taking the order

Outside the hotel (public road) is in a terrible condition. But notjing to do with the hotel

I loved the service especially from Saman and Thushani. They really helped me with everything providing a pleasant stay at Viveka Hotel.

I loved the property overall however it was a bit further out from the main attractions in Colombo eg. Galle face

Rooms were very comfortable and spacious and clean. The staff were very pleasant and Prageeth was very attentive.

The room was comfortable. It was close to the sea. The staff were accommodating most of the time.

The breakfast was not up to expectation. The Western options were poor. They served French toast which was burnt. On both days. On Sunday breakfast was served late. I had to wait 15 minutes from the time they promised to serve breakfast. I had no time to eat it. The toilet had a musty smell to it, which could not be disguised with the air freshener that the hotel was using.

We stayed at Viveka Hotel for one night (around 8 hours). The room was comfortable and accommodated four beds well, and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is in a prominent location with easy access, which was very convenient. Breakfast was tasty, though the service was slow due to limited staff, so it’s best to inform them early. If you’re okay with waiting a bit, the food is good. Since our stay was very short, we didn’t get a chance to explore the property further.

The upkeep of the common areas could be improved.

Room and toilet were clean. Staffs are very friendly and super helpful and kind. They also provide food with pay. Loved the experience.
