Panoramic Royal Villa

This place have an amazing view on sigiriya rock. Room was spacious bed was big also, Everything worked well. Breakfast was nice. It was also very peaceful place with sounds of a wildlife in morning. Overall we had a good experience with this hotel. Be aware there are lot of mosquitoes make sure you have everything properly closed.

One room has a little gap in door through which small lizard came to the room but it was nothing serious.

The owner is very kind and helpfull. The view is outstanding, you can see the rice fields and the Lion rock from the terrace. Also there is a lake where you can walk or chill on the big terrace or garden in front of your room. At night you can hear the soothing animal noises. The rooms are very clean and big.

We can highly recommend the accommodation. Really nice and clean rooms, a nice view and a quiet place as well. The breakfast was very tasty and the owners (family) are very welcoming!!

The room was really clean with a lot of space. The homestay is located in a very quiet and peaceful location, yet very close to the center of Sigirya. The view in front of the room is very nice. The host family is very kind, welcoming and supportive. We had a problem with our tuktuk and they fixed it for us. The breakfast was amazing. We had a very lovely stay and we recommend the Panoramic Royal Villa to everyone visiting Sigirya!!

Family bed and breakfast was a nice peaceful place to stay away from the other hotels and main Street. Still close enough if you want to walk to restaurants (10 min walk) Breakfast is decent and enough to get you started. They were kind enough to make it vegetarian for us. Facilities are suitable with enough space to relax in the room and outside your room for breakfast. It had nice views towards Lions rock looking across some rice fields. They are more than happy to help with the odd tuk tuk ride here and there and make suggestions. Showers are adequate unless you like really hot showers. Air con and fan is great and mozzie net over the bed helps too

Incredible villa owned by the lovely family! Room was specious and very clean, bathroom with hot water, there was a big terrace with an amazing view of rice fields and Sigiriya rock. The surrounding was quiet and beautiful, you are surrounded only by the nature. Breakfast was very tasty and big. The host was very very nice and helpful and offered us a ride to Pidurangala and a bus stop. I can truly recommend this place and it was one of the best stays in Sri Lanka :)
