No phone in room to call for service, Inwas charged seperately for A/C , but A/C was not working properly.
PLAmazing, new and clean hotel with a perfect location. Staff was super friendly. Food from hotel restaurant was delicious. The restaurant had perfect sea view with a little balcony you could eat there. The bathroom was brand new, modern and extremely clean with all the cosmetics and hair dryer. We extended our stay for yet another night. Best hotel we came across in Sri Lanka!

No lock on my balcony door
DEWir hatten wunderschöne, große, saubere huebsch ausgestattete Zimmer mit Blicks aufs Meer und konnten jeden Morgen vom Bett aus den Surfern zusehen. Das Personal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!
PLSpacious room with great bathroom
Poor service, room with sea view was not great, the view was mostly on ugly terrace at which always stays water. I need to prove that I have breakfast included. WiFi is not stable sometimes working and sometimes not.

Zimmer haben verschiedene mängel! Balkontüre lässt sich nicht schliessen, bleibt min 5cm offen. Keine Begrüssung durch freudlichrs Personal oder eigentümer Barsche abfertigung durch chef in der bar, der extrem unfreundlich ist Kein strand um diese jahreszeit... Keine liegen m strand, niemand hilft sie an den strand zu bringen Extrem unfreundliches personal Nie wieder 24 h komplett ohne internet und als es dann "funktionierte" war es so langsam dass man esnicht gebrauchen konnte Nie wieder funky hotel!!!!!

ITLa posizione della struttura è eccezionale, fronte mare. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto attento, si mangia e si beve bene.

INthis was worst experience, I had in SriLanka. I would not recommend anyone to stay here or book the rooms from bookings.com. No breakfast was provided to us even though it part of our booking, we waited for 1 hour and left the place. We pay for these facilities through bookings.com but had worst experience.
As part of our bookings, complimentary breakfast was included but no one was there in the hotel to provide us breakfast. Why ??? can you explain???
