Una Beach Hotel & OLU Cafe

Очень приветливый персонал и вкусный кофе. Номера староваты но были чистые со свежим ароматным постельным бельем.

За два дня пребывания не было уборки в номере. И не меняли полотенца.

Очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. При позднем заезде принесли по просьбе пиво и воду из закрытого уже бара. По просьбе делали уборку. Достаточно чистая ванная комната и вся сантехника работала корректно. Приятная террасса для посидеть вечером, персонал принес спираль от комаров. Расположение очень удобное, до пляжа 1,5 минуты. Нет проблем ходить с пляжа в номер и обратно хоть несколько раз на дню. Кондиционер удалось настроить так, чтобы не дуло и при этом охлаждало.

Слегка подуставшая темная мебель в номере, что, тем не менее, соответствовало фото и ожиданиям.

Staff are very nice

The location was good and the room was very spacious and clean. Staffs were welcoming and nice. Most of the things are in walking distance.

The in-room WiFi was terrible, almost no connection throughout our stay.. The connection was good in the ground floor, near the cafe, but not in the third floor. Also, the balcony and staircase to room 202 was very very narrow - so if you have suitcases, you might need to reconsider. On our check-in, there was no water coming through the taps - had to tell the staffs and after a moment it came, this happened twice. No amenities were provided in the room, such as - bottled water, tea/coffee. The food and coffee prices in their cafe was very expensive compared to the nearby restaurants. All these led us to shorten our stay in Unawatuna from 3 nights to 2 nights and we moved to Hikkaduwa.

100% recomendable. Las habitaciones super amplias, el baño super moderno y a 100 metros de la playa. Los desayunos increibles y el personal fue super super amable con nosotras. Si volvemos, nos volveremos a quedar en este alojamiento seguro.

Aunque la relación calidad-precio es buena, fue el alojamiento más caro en el que estuvimos.
