Moonstone Villas

Huge spacious rooms with heaps of storage including a safe. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Lovely big clean and fresh bathroom/shower. The pool was perfect with sun beds to loll on. Breakfast was beautiful and generous. The balconies offered a beautiful sea view and breezes.

There wasn’t any open dinner cafes or restaurants nearby, not a serious issue as we just walked into town.

Big rooms and nice location! Our stay was marked by warm hospitality from the staff. Thank you for everything. We spent one night at the hotel and it was a delightful experience.

Mrs Pushpa the ower of the hotel was there and she was very welcoming, it's our pleasure to meet her. Also the bellboy was very helpful and always smiling.

Lovely complex with a cute small pool. The place is very calming and silent, and by crossing the road you are at a lovely calm bay. The room went beyond our expectations. It a fridge, a boiler, good ac and ceiling fan. The bed was extra comfortable. The staff was just soo kind and friendly. The boy who speaks english has the most infectious smile!

It wasn't necessarily the richest breakfast we had in Sri Lanka. I would encourage to improve the quantity.

The staff is trying to do their best

No cleaning during our 4 nights stay. No working tv,, breakfast was awful while the manager completely absent and appeared only during our check out to collect the payment which could only be made in cash and without receipt. Stay away and choose to stay somewhere else

We had the top floor villa and enjoyed our stay very much! The beds were very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the is a fridge and lots of storage. I asked if my husband can have a desk for work and that was also provided as well as the second bed for our daughter. The stuff didn't really speak English but they tried their best to always help and meet our needs, whatever it was that was needed. Every morning we had delicious breakfast and every day they tried to serve us some variety. Our 3 year old daughter hurt her foot when she walked into a big hole with some iron bars in it and the next day they already closed the hole.

The bathrooms need an upgrade. Also the ceiling fan was making noise. The outside territory as well as the pool also need some maintenance. There were broken mattresses left in front of the bottom floor apartment for the whole week, just not nice to have to walk past them all the time.
