A unique place, Fantastic, smiling and friendly staff, with whom you can easily contact. Pool was small but clean. The hotel itself in an ideal location - supposedly close to the beach (just across the road ) We tried pizza at the restaurant and it was the best pizza we had from a long time. A must try if you are in Tangalle. The room itself is sensational - a great terrace with a view, comfortable beds, fresh linen and towels and everything that will ensure a comfortable stay. There is a big balconyfor each room. - I recommend this place in Tangalle. We will definitely be back!

We had nice accommodation in the evening, the air conditioning broke down without any problems, at 22:30 in the evening they gave us the same room. The place is excellent, the beach is just 100m from the accommodation, it is beautiful. The staff was very helpful, we were very satisfied. I recommend this is the second hotel I have visited in Sri Lanka well deserved 10 points. Great everything. Thank you.

The bed was very comfortable The owner Darshan was fantastic responding to our issues at the property. This property could be absolutely fantastic with attention to detail and the personal owners touch. Spring rolls in the restaurant.

I have had to seriously think about if i was to write a review or not because i really do not like giving a bad review and do not like affecting their future bookings but i have decided it is important to tell my story so it doesn't happen again. We booked two rooms months before our stay and they knew we were arriving. Upon arrival the manager was not on site and the cleaner showed us to our rooms. Immediately we knew the place was not clean. I wont subject you to the photos as the owner has these and can deal with it. All i can say is there had been no cleaning in here for months and months and the only thing that was clean was the bed and clean sheets. The water came in to the villa with huge amount of air in the system , showing it had not even been turned on to clean the bathroom. I will not go in detail about every part of the cleanliness but it was dirty and i felt dirty and could not settle. It ruined our two days holiday. The owner gave us 15% discount to say sorry but the money was not the point really, its the principle. The owner was in New Zealand and things are happening here that should not be. My honest opinion is the cleaner should not be in the job, he has a bad attitude and there is no cleaning The manager did not check the cleaners work for our arrival so i can only think since covid standards have slipped. The restaurant food was awful except for the spring rolls. I have not even brought the food up to the owner as i just couldn't cope anymore with the property and could not wait to leave. Chicken burger.. no sign of any chicken... wafer thin pieces of all i could describe as salami. Club Sandwiches - no chicken in the sandwich at all, no lettuce, ..... coleslaw was in the sandwich... meant to be on the side. Fish curry.... i was given a small bowl of curry..fish was awful, frozen i would say and full of bones ... NO RICE . I HOPE THE OWNER SORTS THIS AS IT COULD BE AN AMAZING PLACE WITH ATTENTION TO DETAIL

Very well built complex, distinctive privacy particularly for rooms located on top floor. All rooms are huge. Short walk to the beach and plenty of parking.

Breakfast on my second day was particularly disappointing. Two staff in the kitchen made me wait 40 minutes for a ridiculously tiny portion of food, and I was the only guest having breakfast at that time.

The room was very large and clean, the location is right on the street, so it's not so easy to get a tuk tuk or the next bus stop is a little further on foot. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The staff is awhe friendly and tried hard.

TV didn’t work, no coffee or tea in room, room door was extremely difficult to open and close with a key so I gave up and didn’t lock the door ( not safe when travelling)
