I found a scorpion in my room in the morning

Property was right on the beach and staff was being helpful.

First off - on booking.com room was listed as with balcony and sea views. Once arrived I got shown different room - and the person who met me was trying to convince me that it’s supposed to be ‘side view’. Then eventually he said they are fully booked. “Luckily “ for us one of the tourists decided it to stay in the room with the view and so I got offered that one. I could see why. I would hardly call it room. It was above the bar ( mind me there was loud club music pumping from 6 to 8:30), the balcony was the little space between the doors of the 4 rooms on that level. The room was literally made from tiny/ thin wood planks ( with complimentary gaps so you could see out) for walls : so you could hear everything neighbours were doing - talking/etc. Bedsheets were dirty and overdue to be terminally changed for brand new ones. Same goes for towels - it felt like you could scrub your skin off. I would not use that as a towel. Bathroom as typical was a vet room, with only cold water and of course the gaps between wood planks to look out onto the world while having a shower. Food was also overpriced for quality. I really was hoping for a nice stay, and despite staff being super friendly- that does not make up for the stay itself. I definitely stayed at nicer guest houses for 10euros a night.

Very central location, anything is in walking distance. The beach are is pretty nice with some deck chairs.

This is for party people. Super loud music every night. I didn’t sleep at all. The photos of the rooms and the actual reality are pretty far from each other. There’s a complete lack of love and care. Guys who are a taking care of things are nice and supportive but … offered pick up from the train station for double price and wanting to fool me that my price would be for a tuk tuk. Feels like a rip off… (obviously I took my own taxi then…)

We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation so close to the beach. I mean you just grab your towel and go. Only the mattress in our room (upper, with beach view), was a little bit too thin, but you get used to it. I saw they have the western style big mattresses in the lower rooms if you prefer this :). Baba, Babi and Sanju were super nice and tried to help us with everything. Every night they sell fresh fish on the beach and cook it for you (if you like spicy food ask for it!). We would definitely come back!

Like sleeping in garage. Chemical smell in bathroom. No daylight in the room. Patio was a parking lot in reality. Not possible to get any fresh air in the room.

We stayed in one of the rooms that has a sea view, the room was spacious, clean and had its own balcony area to sit out and enjoy the view. The staff were lovely, really helpful and fun. Luck sea is right on the beach where you can watch the fisherman pulling in their nets and help them if you want to. Breakfast was really good with fresh fruit juice too. The food at lucky beach is delicious, especially the prawns, there are also restaurants and shops nearby which we enjoyed too. The staff helped us arrange a trip to nearby lagoon to kayak - we saw lots birds there, pelican, ibis, egret, heron, and more, very close by. Well worth doing - we went just before dusk.

Avoid booking in this hotel there were many leaks inside the room, and my bed got wet.

Avoid booking in this hotel. we booked the double cabin terrace room, however, at the moment, it is rainy season so during the night we faced many leaks inside the room (ceiling)(basically was raining inside our room) and we couldn't sleep the whole night. We reported this problem to the manager for compensation and he said that it was out of his hands and that there was nothing to do about this bug issue. We asked for a very good breakfast to solve the problem and he got only jam, toast and coffee. The manager in a few words said that he didn't care to solve the issue and that if we wanted to stay here was our decision to stay in this hotel. We left very angry because the manager told us that he wouldn't give us the money back and not even free food and it was very sad because we saw other people staying in the same room. So, don't think about satying in this place.
