Lavender Home Yala Safari

The breakfast was so tasty, as was the dinner. The host is an amazing chef. We had a range of items such as egg hoppers, mung beans, pumpkin curry, beetroot, fish curry etc. The hosts were so warm and welcoming. I was amazed at the view of the rice fields, it was so gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay. We felt safe, we were looked after and the safari arrangement was organised and perfect. We managed to see sloth bears and leopards!

La villa si trova a pochi km dal centro città ed è immersa nel verde delle risaie, banani e palme. Gli host sono davvero gentili e disponibili; su richiesta possono anche organizzare trasferimenti e safari per Yala National Park, tutto ad un buon prezzo. Troverete camere pulite e spaziose; ottima colazione. Davvero consigliato

L'emplacement est parfait pour faire un safari. L'hôte est très gentille, elle s'est levée deux fois très tôt le matin pour nous préparer le petit déjeuner. Chambre confortable et très belle vue du balcon. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Petit plus : la nourriture est excellente sur place ! Je recommande !

Very good people, nice breakfast, nice rice field view, acceptable room , good for it's price. They also prepared us our breakfast after our return from the safari and let us take a shower and have a late checkout.

No shoap, room's bathroom could be better and the bed could be better. Nevertheless it was a pleasant stay. Location is a bit outside of town, but we didn't care because we only stayed for the safari in Yala and then left.

This homestay is run by an incredibly kind and welcoming couple. The location is peaceful, right next to a rice field, but still within walking distance to Tissa town. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We had a lovely homemade dinner and breakfast which was really delicious. A real highlight was that they generously let us use their scooter for free, (even though we had little experience riding one)!

The bathroom has a wet-room style shower, and the shower rail could use an update – but that’s just a small detail and wouldn’t stop us from coming back!

Struttura pulita e camera molto bella. Possibilità di fare il safari e l’organizzazione fatta dall’host è stata perfetta. Loro sono sempre cordiali e disponibili.
