We stayed here for one night on arrival before starting a few weeks travelling in Sri Lanka. Wonderful very large and very clean, well presented room with sea views. WiFi in the rooms is not great... The hotel is close to the airport and there is free pick up and drop off service. There is a garden across the road, with tables and chairs (but we were not made aware of this until leaving). There is a safe natural sea pool just across from the hotel and you can walk for quite a distance. There is also a small pool but no loungers or anywhere to sit by it.  We had dinner in the hotel. The prawns were delicious but the seafood mix was not the best. The manager Dinesh goes out of his way to help and arrange any trips you may want. Dinesh arranged a tour of Colombo and the driver/ guide, Avishka was excellent, a very pleasant guy. He also took us to the main Dialog mobile shop for a Sim card, which was great value compared to the airport. Overall for the price, this hotel is ideal for your first night on arrival or last night before departing the next day from the airport. (excluding the extra charge we had for early check-in).

We arrived at the airport on an early flight,  9:30am so there was a $25 supplement for early check-in..... although to be fair, having the room ready was a blessing. You receive details of this charge after booking in a message from booking.com....   (An additional 25 USD will be added to the early Check-in and a further 25 USD will be added to the Late check-out. (Early Check-in time starts from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM - Late check-in time starts from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM – Before 9 AM check-in and after 6:00 PM check-out will be considered as a one-night stay) -Depending on Airport Pick up or Drop Early Check in and Check out charges will be added).

Massive room with big windows for lots of light and a great view of the beach. Rooms felt like they had been upgraded recently so was very nice

The only thing was there were a lot of ants in the bathroom, which is hard to avoid at the beach but there were a lot, didn’t overly bother me but it’s something they should look into

Pool was not in a sunny position of the house, so the water was cold and no lounger around

Sea view, very clean, good food and service and kind staff. Also, Dinesh took care of us and organized nice visits all along our stay.

The hotel is clean, exactly near the beach. I had a free transfer. The manager (Mr. Dinesh) and his colleagues were very friendly and nice. Always! And all his recommendations were very helpful. Once I ate in the restaurant, which he didn't recommend, and it was really not so tasty there :) He also organized a veeeery nice boat trip (river safari) and a Colombo Tour for a very good price. Once I had fruits craving and everything was closed because of the national holiday, so Mr. Dinesh found and brought me fruits to the hotel. Very helpful, always with a smile (all hotel stuff), you'll get any help you need any time. So, it is very nice place, where i felt very secure.

It was very nice big room with amazing view from windows! Hotel is not so far away from airport what is comfortable. Their offer taxi to the airport for free

Nice, small hotel. Conveniently located close to the airport. The room was very spacious with an ocean view. The staff was very friendly, and they organised an airport drop off for us free of charge.

We had a little problem with wasps in the bathroom due to an open window, but it was solved immediately by the staff.

The manager of the hotel Don Dinesh provoded us everything we need, such a booking taxi, managing the trips and answered all our questions.

Dinesh was the perfect host. Large clean & airy room with a great view. The small cool swimming pool is an added bonus. Excellent breakfast & free transfers to the airport (under 30mins). We look forward to our return.
