The most excellent location accross the road from the beach. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The view from balcony amazing. Good facilities, spacious bathroom, comfortable bed

"Great location and views"

Property was spotless really great location.

Balcony was weird didn’t feel like I had privacy as next door neighbours were on my balcony needs to be fenced off. WiFi wasn’t great and no toiletries. Room needed lockers.

Great spot right next to the beach and cafes.. Beautiful view from the balcony. Enjoyed watching the monkeys and the waves. Everything was really clean.

No shampoo provided. The music from the bar across the road was a little annoying when you were on the balcony, however you couldnt really hear it inside the room..

Fabulous location, large balcony and friendly staff

Wifi wasn’t working for the 3 days we stayed. The room needs some bedside tables and something to put bags on.

"Absolutely worth it for the location."

Fantastic location looking over Hiriketiya Beach. Easy to walk everywhere. Big deck to enjoy relaxing watching the waves. New building so very clean and tidy.

Rooms were very spartan. No bed side tables. Only 2 towels. No beach towels.
