It was very clean and tue owner was amazing, he made sure that we are comfortable, he gave us all the options from breakfast to a tour, available all the time, picked us from ella as well when we dint get tuk tuk, gave us a ride on half price for a tour around ella,

The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, and the host is incredibly warm and welcoming. The location is conveniently close to town, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great stay and excellent value for money!

Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The cleanliness of the room was below expectations; there were small ants present throughout the space, which was very uncomfortable. The bathroom facilities were particularly concerning — water pressure was extremely poor, making it difficult to even take a proper shower or wash up. Additionally, I noticed some unidentified insects in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. Another major safety concern was an exposed and unsafe switchboard in the room, which did not appear to meet basic safety standards. While I understand that every property can have occasional issues, the combination of poor hygiene, inadequate maintenance, and safety concerns made this stay far from satisfactory. I hope this feedback is helpful to both the hotel management for future improvements and to prospective guests when making their accommodation choices.

You wake up to the birds up the hill. If you go for a walk in the morning you can see a lot of them around. It was a short ride on the hill but needed if you didn’t want to stay in the middle of the centre were there is loud music and a lot busy. The hosts were great, nice breakfast, you can book the tuktuk from the property or if you have an international license, the scooter available.

It would have been great to have flyscreen on the windows so we could’ve had fresh air. I think that’s a must if we stayed there again.
