Place is clean and nice with a spacious balcony and nice view in a very nice and quiet area, it was a bit pticy compare to other places in srilanka at the same standard, but it was partly because of season time and etc... in general we had a good time in there

We had a wonderful stay at Ella South Star! The host, Tharuksha, made our experience truly special. He was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. He arranged tuk tuk for us and prepared delicious breakfast. The room was clean, and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend staying here! Location was beautiful, host was very friendly and helpful, picked us up in a tuk tuk and breakfast was home cooked and delicious. Not far from the center of Ella where there are lots of bars and restaurants. Value for money for a cheap stay in the hills.

A lovely warm welcome. The owners and their son were more than happy to help. Used tuk tuks to go into Ella and they sorted for us. Very quiet location, surrounded by trees (and the odd monkey) ๐Ÿ˜„
