Hotel Ponta Nova

Lokacija je vrh, soba i pogled su fantastični ,doručak je bio bogat i ukusan ,osoblje ljubazno,bazen je mali na krovu hotela ali simpatican.

Liftovi kao u lavirintu, parking veoma los,kao i prilaz kolima. Na krovu hotela je jedan dijakuzi u koji se ulaze svi iz hotela ,sto slozicete se nije higijenski .Posle odjavljivanja ako slučajno zaboravite da vratite ključ puste vas da se parkirate par dana iako niste vise gosti hotela a onda vas snime ,prate i dodju i oduzmu ključ😂😂😂

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was good, and the breakfast had a reasonable variety and good quality.

The room did not fully match our expectations based on the photos. While the room itself was acceptable, the bed sheets and bedding did not appear clean enough when we arrived. In addition, the swimming pool was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures on the website, which was disappointing because we expected a larger pool based on the advertised photos.

Very good location nice hotel with perfect view from number,very good breakfast, but bad coffee.

Henkilökunta oli todella avuliasta ja huolehti, että kaikki oli ok. Huoneessamme oli pyykinpesukone joka ei toiminut niin ei mennyt kauaa, kun uusi pesukone tuotiin paikalle ja henkilökunta varmisteli useaan otteeseen, että nyt varmasti toimii. Huoneeseemme ei ollut, kuin yksi avain ja kysyin onko mahdollista saada toista, koska olimme 4 henkeä huoneessa, henkilökunta olisi lähtenyt teettämään avainta huoneeseemme mutta sanoin, että pärjäämme siinä tapauksessa yhdellä avaimella.

Kuvien perusteella uima-allas näyttää suurelta mutta on todellisuudessa hyvin pieni.

Aamupala oli monipuolinen. Mahdolisuus ruokailla ulkona, meren äärellä, hienoissa maisemissa.

Huoneen lattialta, liinavaatteista ja pyyhkeistä löytyi joka päivä jonkun toisen pitkiä tummia hiuksia siivouksen jälkeen - me ollaan vaalea hiuksisia...

The dining staff were very courteous and helpful

Given a box of a room on the first night , literally had to go sideways to access the toilet. Cement wall directly in front of balcony . Bathroom door rotten at bottom- not what you expect for four star. Pool photos very misleading- about a meter in depth and not possible to swim, due to seats at either end with full length around 10metres, very disappointing relative to photos

Breakfast was super!

Parking places were limited and small.
