La ubicación, comodidad y limpieza es excelente. La comida del restaurante deliciosa y la atención y servicio de todo el personal del hotel excelente.

The staff was very kind and caring and the breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed the palapa while my kid swam. Very close to pyramids.

Good location for visiting Teotihuacan. Very helpful reception able to speak English. Very nice breakfast. Historical atmosphere. They arranged hot air balloon flight for us at very short notice.

Il Ristorante è un po' costoso rispetto alla qualità offerta. E il musicista ha preteso una mancia extra oltre a quella già data durate la cena. La colazione è veramente costosa. E la mancia a colazione mi sembra una cosa eccessiva. Ho pagato la colazione quanto una cena. Non va bene!

This hotel felt peaceful and safe. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The grounds and building are well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is EXCELLENT! It is a 10 minute walk from the gate to the ruins of Teotihuacan and you can see the pyramids from the front gate. The pool looked inviting but it was cold and rainy when we stayed there, so we couldn't use it.

The restaurant is overpriced. Our second night there they closed the restaurant without telling us. When we realized that it was closed it was almost too late to get food anywhere. There are very few restaurant options in the village nearby, and those that exist close early. Fortunately, we found a cantina that would serve us some tacos so we didn't have to go without dinner. We had to ask for the restaurant to open for breakfast the next day.

Great location if you want to stay and visit Teotihuacan Pyramids. It's also a 5 minute drive to where all the ballon ride companies are based.

Right near the pyramids and so quiet at night! Lovely staff who were helpful at every turn.

The resort hotel is lovely and well kept. Rooms are well kept and unique. Good bathroom and good water pressure. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with them. The location is a 10 minute walk from the main entrance to the Teotihuacan archaeological site. There are lovely grounds around the hotel and when you. Walk out to the road you can see the two main pyramid temples of the site. The outdoor pool is a warm temperature.

The pillows were super flat. It is a 10 minute drive into town but the hotel is very helpful in calling a taxi.
