Very nice bedroom. Well located in front of the pyramids and air balloons

The food was a bit expensive. The staff wasn't very helpful for suggesting activities

Location is perfect, right across street from Teotihuacan archeological site

Our room was very outdated, rustic style but needs some updating, the place was very cold at night, even using the small air heater unit, wasn't enough that unit is too small to maintain the room warm.

Nice old fashioned environment. Excellent value for money

Poor wifi signal- essentially absent in the rooms. Actually very far from any local shops, or restaurants/bars that are open in the evening- so there’s nothing to do in the evening. Unusual front door setup- have to be let in by a security guard, we were told that the guard is there all day until 11pm but sometimes he was absent so we had to call out to a gardener walking past to let us in. Beds were too soft and provided little support, so difficult to sleep on with a bad back .
