The room was not pleasant to spend any time in

The location is terrific and the room we stayed in had been tastefully updated recently. The kitchen was stocked well.

Our room #5 felt like an inside cabin on a cruise boat. There is a window to the main walkway and beyond that is a garden area. So there is technically a garden view, but if this window is left open you will hear and see everyone in the hall and they will most likely see and hear you. This propert is in the beat possible location with access to the beach and away from the construction noise of the city. You can hear the waves at night but you will also hear roosters that start as early as 3am. The property is well maintained and has a friendly staff. We would stay here again for the location and access to the beach. There is a rooftop patio that saved our trip because we could spend time up there to relax and read and enjoy the view. There is a small dipping pool but it is so close to one of the rooms that it felt uncomfortable to use it as you would be blocking the view of those guests. Perhaps if you had children who wanted a pool that would be the room to book.

Lack of comfortable chairs. Only one lounger in palapa & nowhere comfortable to sit in apartment. Nowhere to dry swim suits etc other than draping them over chairs. No safe to keep money & documents secure.

Loved the terrace and the pool. Great kitchen. Comfy beds

Location was perfect- just off the malecon close grocery store and restaurants. Loved the top terrace which was very spacious and overlooks the ocean. The new pool was perfect to spend time at the hot parts of the day

My reservation was lost which I found out by messenger the hotel about the deposit they required. Thankfully it was reinstated.

Full kitchen, bedside lights, lots of electrical outlets, lack of TV. Very comfortable king bed. Best feature was the rooftop terrace - fabulous for sunrise and coffee in the morning, cards and chat in the evening. Very quiet peaceful location.

There was nothing to hang clothes from - hooks on the wall or a rack would be great. The outdoor security light shone directly onto the twin bed-would not have been able to sleep there. Pool location was a bit awkward at first.
