Villa Celeste

Having 4 pillows per bed was great. Location was great. The rooftop was wonderful.

The toilet seat creaks very loudly when you sit on it. It is loud enough for all to year throughout the apartment.

1. staff was friendly and welcoming... 2. room was clean and fully equipped kitchen... 3. swimming pool with waterfall features was beautiful 4. Grounds are beautifully landscaped and clean 5. Location and access to the beach was great as well!

The PayPal payment feature was bothersome but they accepted payment in pesos...

We liked that the beach and restaurants were close by.

It was quite noisy and not easy to sleep. The cooling pool was under maintenance for most of our stay.

We would have loved daily cleaning services but that may have been miss communicated.

The bathroom and shower were basically upgraded outhouses inside the apartment. Very little privacy, and the bathroom smells were not good. Lots of bugs in the condo. The power went out for one night, so very hot sleeping without any air flowing. Some other hotels had generators, but not this one.

The location provided an excellent view of the bay and crescent beach and great access to it. The property had nice gardens and plants, though along the side of the property could have been manicured a little better. The ambiance was warm and of Spanish decor. Access to the 3rd floor very comfortable palapa terrace was wonderful with the best view in town. The room was simply furnished but colorful. Very comfortable bed. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, and all cooking necessities. Fresh drinking water provided.

No breakfast offered. Parking limited. If the property was fully booked and everyone came in a car, many would have a hard time finding a parking spot. Only 3 spaces available. I couldn't figure out how to use the TV, so I mostly used my computer.

Ideal spot for a short stay. Pictures don't really do it justice. The location really couldn't be better. There's a walkway through the hotel and then you've got an amazing view over the beach, which is just down the steps. Our room also appeared as if it has no windows in the images but it does have a front window into the garden, and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't need to use it on this trip but the Wi-Fi was super fast! Would definitely stay again.

Not really a criticism but just something to be aware of: I like booking online due to the convenience, but after making my reservation I was contacted by the property and asked to make payment via bank transfer, which I found difficult as I don't have a Mexican account (and failed to do it at Oxxo). But my partner was able to do so in the end.

Great renovated apartment with lots of space to put any clothes or foods that you may have. The location can’t be beat! and the patio area is right at the perfect view point.

the bathroom situation for a group isn’t ideal as there is no ceiling that connects the shower and toilet, so it’s lacking a bit of privacy. The kitchen was well stocked but didn’t include a kettle or coffee filters.

The hotel is right by the beach and had exactly what we needed.
