Extremely rude and not helpful lady in reception. We told her that remote control and toilet is not working and she said I KNOW and did nothing! Not only toilet not working but no water as well Very noisy

I had to stay for one more day in Oaxaca. They were very open to have me one more day.

Good location, nice staff :) you can walk to the main bus station

It was hard to go upstairs and downstairs with a suitcase

Location.The hotel was clean,there is a small kitchen for guests for basic cooking,which is a big bonus.WiFi was good as well.

The electric sockets in my were outdated and I can't use them to charge my electronic devices.I had to to that in the kitchen. It was noisy during night-time as guests were slamming the doors,not hotel fault but ignorant people.If your room is by the street it good be noisy during night time and day time.

Great location, very central. Extremely helpful staff on hand to book a taxi to the airport last minute

Shower not great, water temperatures not stable. Expensive room, seems to be surged pricing for Dia De Muertos.
