Great location, very close to the centre, beautiful building, very comfortable

No TV in my room but no drama

Location is perfect if you plan to experience historic Centro. I stayed a week, slept well even though my room was next to the busy street, used the kitchen and terrace, and had breakfast in the lobby cafe. Overall, since the hotel is simple and traditional, I felt like I was part of the city, not just a visitor

Previous guest’s forgotten clothing still in a drawer. Missing light bulb. Overall, needs more attention to detail

Good value for money, good location, nice rooftop. There are also kitchen facilities.

If you sleep on the road side, it’s very noisy in the night because of very poor sound isolation and a very busy road next to the hotel. We haven’t met with any of the employees here, it’s self check in and self check out.

- Irene and her staff were lovely. They were welcoming and hospitable, and always happy to help out. - The hotel is charming and definitely value for money. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and jugs of water are provided through the day/night. - We stayed in a quadruple room. It was a last minute booking. The room was clean and comfortable (and cleaned regularly). The showers had hot water. No complaints. - The location is perfect. It is just off the main city centre. Walking distance from everything without being all the way in the middle of the madness. All in all, you're getting what you pay for (and probably more)

- As some visitors have pointed out, room 9 (the one we stayed in) faces the street. We were worried this was going to be a big issue. But in reality this isn't really a problem at night because the hotel is a little distance away from the main bars/restaurant zone. However the noise of traffic in the morning can be a bit disturbing if you're a light sleeper.
