"Location is ideal but the hotel needs lots of maintenance work and cleaning. I wouldn’t recommend."

Location was good, short walk to turtle beach. Allowed for an early check in.

The room was generally dirty. There were stains on the bedding, dirty fridge, wires hanging from the ceiling where there should be light fittings. Upon arrival I couldn’t find anyone to check in and had to message on booking.com to let them know of my arrival. I later on tried to find them for the wifi password but couldn’t, so I messaged for the wifi information but had no response and for the 2 nights I stayed I couldn’t find anyone to help with this issue until I checked out. The mattress was lumpy and needs replacing.

Excellent stay, near to beach area. Owner of property allowed us to use their kitchen as we are vegetarian & we were facing issue in finding vegetarian foods nearby. Clean & spacious rooms. Children enjoyed swimming pool. Breakfast was very nice & as per our needs. Thanks Liyanage team for making our stay memorable.
