Liyanage Resort

Good place to stay in Mirissa. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Nice swimming pool. The owner and the family were very nice people and helpful. A cup of tea as a compliment in the morning is an addition. Also conveniently having a grocery store in the propery. Overall it is a pleasant stay. Can recommend this place to others.

Breakfast was delicious and full of variety. Big rooms. Electric kettle and mini fridge were there. Very close to famous coconut tree hill.

Hot water wasn't available for shower. No tv.

Convenient location and friendly and helpful hosts

Mold and rust in the bathroom and dirty sheets (they switched the sheets when we asked them to). Pool had bugs floating and didn’t look very clean

nice pool and close to coconut hill/turtle beach. there was a small store right next to the hotel

did not feel very clean, including dirty sheets and bad smelling rooms. always a lot of flies by the chairs outside the room and we had several big cockroaches and insects inside. staff was mostly available but a bit hard to communicate with.
