Liyanage Resort

Room was nice and spacious, very clean. Breakfast was good!

The pool was dirty: water was a bit cloudy and it smelled bad. 5mins walk from turtle bay beach, where we did see turtles, just snorkeling 1min off the beach!

Located directly in the heart of Marissa and a stone throw away from the beach and coconut tree hill. Really good stop for us for this reason and lots of space for parking. Hosts were very kind and accommodating, all come with pool view and we had the top floor of the corner, so we had beach views too, which is one street in front but still visible and accessible. I would say it was the nicest breakfast I have had here in Sri Lanka so far, I had I guess, an English option, always fresh fruit and juice and eggs cooked perfectly, great effort. There is a small shop just located outside of the hotel for anything you need and lots of bars and restaurants on the street. We also took a massage in the area and it was very cheap and a great experience. Thanks guys.

the fan was not working in the room they didn't give us the room we booked originally and gave us the smallest room despite the hotel being empty room had no lights management was poor need to work on it

Excellent breakfast, good pool, comfy beds, hot shower. Really close to Coconut Hill and Turtle beach.

It can get a bit noisy in the morning as it is right next to the main street and near temple

The breakfast was very good - fried eggs, fruit, juice, tea or coffee, their pancakes, toast, jam, butter, roti. In the room it was water heater.

The sheets were dirty, the tablecloth as well.
