Hotel De Santiago

Only good thing is the location but the town is really compact so it’s irrelevant imo.

Dingy, no amenities in room like enough TP, water, shampoo. A tiny bar of soap. Rooms are tired with tears in curtains etc. Cleanliness is questionable. No one came in to housekeep on my one nt stay. Mosquitos, noisy AC. I don’t recommend this. Better options exist.

Just behind the boat pier, close the markets, restaurants, and 1 block of the square. The room was very clean and air-conditioned, which was working nicely. Good value for money.

Maybe it was due to the season period, but we had mosquitos in our room, so we couldn't sleep well. Otherwise the staff were very friendly and the owner was extremely helpful. A big thanks for being so supportive.

The hotel was very simple but functional, super clean, and the room were very spacious and clean. It was ideally located in the center of Chiapa de Corzo and walking distance from the peer to start the boat ride to cañon del Sumidero.

Bedding was great. Big room.

Wifi connection terrible

Staff, location, AC and cleanliness were good. Room is ok for one night before catching a flight. On the downside, room had zero charm and curtains didn’t block very bright lights that were on all night. That might be better in other rooms so I recommend asking if you want your room dark at night.

The sheets and pillows were very clean and crisp and the beds were very comfortable. The tv channels had many in English. it was very close to the airport for a nights stay. The staff were very kind and helpful.
