The location is amazing. Sea view from every window. Everything whyat nature created here is perfect. Sandy beach, sea, cenote, flora and fauna are beautiful. If you are looking for a place to stay on the beach without tourist noise the place is perfect.

The breakfast staff did not speak English so we had trouble communicating. Breakfast selection is very poor. The curtains and floor in the room were dirty. Really isolated place.

"Location was clutch"

Location location location, didn’t have a stove tope which would have been great . Does have a frig and kitchen sink . There is the awful bathroom smell from not vented pipes , and the front door needed to be adjusted so that it slid easily.

La caleta es espectacular y la vista de las habitaciones maravillosa me enamore de sus noches toda una belleza y tome un masaje con una chica que de llama Greta uffff increíble

Le falta mucho mantenimiento al establecimiento lo tienen muy limpio eso si pero la alberca esta muy vieja ,los camastros todo ya esta muy gastado y el restauran es muy simple con muy pocos alimentos y no muy buenos que digamos igual que la selección del bar y lo peor es que no ponen que el restaurante lo cierran a las 4:00 pm así que si quieres cenar o tienes carro o pagas taxi para ir a Tulum que son carísimos !!!

pague 3 noches , no las usé . me fui . el lugar está casi abandonado. tenía que trabajar y no había wi fi . necesito que reintegren el dinero .

Location, location, location. Away from the big resorts. Long Beach to walk on. Great service for breakfast from Miguel. This is a great location.

Missing cushions on the couch. There was a nespresso machine, but no pods for coffee. No basic cutlery, or dishes. Despite these minor issues, this is a fantastic location. I'll be back next year.

Camere datate e con muffa all'interno. Provvedono al trattamento della muffa ma l'aria all'interno è irrespirabile a causa dell'odore chimico. Basterebbe poco per renderlo un bell'hotel
