Hotel Talavera Teziutlan

Muy mala recepción de wi-fi además le dieron un golpe a mi coche dejé las llaves con el personal de recepción del hotel para que acomodaran mi automóvil en el estacionamiento del hotel y hoy al salir me pude percatar que tenía ese golpe cuando me di cuenta del golpe ya estaba yo a una hora de distancia del hotel puesto que yo soy del Puerto de Veracruz y pude darme cuenta en la ciudad de perote la verdad no regresaré nunca más a ese hotel no lo recomiendo tristemente no me di cuenta al momento de tomar mi coche por eso ya no me pude regresar a reclamar tengan mucho cuidado mejor no dejen las llaves de su coche en el hotel

Amabilidad, atención, limpieza, comodidad y ubicación

El personal es muy amable, por dentro esta muy moderno y limpio. La habitación es enorme, la más grande en la que me he quedado.

Los alrededores no son agradables, pero esta cerca de todo, solo que la calle del costado es muy transitada y fea. Por otro lado se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones.

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff very friendly. We love spending time in the rooftop and the staff treated us so well. We wish the breakfast had more like auntentic teziutlan food for example: tlayoyo and the coffee was a little sweet. I asked for a decaf coffee but they said that was not part of the continental breakfast🤷🏻‍♀️ So maybe a little more variaty in the coffee because also my mom is diabetic and couldn’t drink the coffee. Location was amazing and the rooms very clean.

The continental breakfast, I understand that comes with the room but I wish it had more variety in coffee and food selection. For example to accommodate people that can not eat sweet or bread. Also, because it is a small hotel you can hear people coming up the stairs and it was a little noisy. On Saturday morning someone was whistling at 7am and fixing the fire alarms.

I like everything very clean comfortable nice personal attendance
