Clean and friendly staff

Poor restaurant location in bottom of a beautiful hotel. Restaurant and bar on the roof but only ope select times. Then is busy with locals using the rooftop elevator and noise from back and forth. Wifi was not working in my room during my stay. Was very loud from bars and discos across the street. Yea the music stops but only around 3am
