"Our trip was a weekend trip to see the beautiful church."

The location was great, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The Buffet in the restaurant was very good. On site parking was a plus. If we ever visit Zamora again we will definitely stay here again.

The man at the check in desk is not very friendly. He just gave us our key and didn’t say anything. I think his customer service needs to be better.

The towels could be upgraded and there wasn’t enough lighting in the room. A lap or two would help.

The lobby, restaurant buffet, views from our room & restaurant were fantastic.

I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. We found roaches in our room, which made us very uncomfortable. The beds did not feel fresh, they had an unpleasant smell as if they hadn’t been changed in a while, and they made us feel itchy. Unfortunately, this experience made it very hard to relax and enjoy our stay.
