"Disappointing for a 4-Star Hotel"

AC , on site cafe, and location.

This hotel didn’t meet expectations for a 4-star rating. The front desk staff were robotic and unwelcoming no information offered on how to use the elevator (the parking attendant helped me instead). My room was small, with no coffee maker and just one small bottle of drinking water. Too many posted rules and fines made the space feel uninviting. Noise from the restaurant above disrupted my rest. I later found out they offer room service, but no one mentioned it during check-in. Overall, the experience felt impersonal and below the standards I expected.
