El hotel es muy bonito y limpio. El personal muy atento, seguro volveremos

The room was very basic and quite small. Although Booking.com states that there is an airport shuttle, in reality the hotel only helps call a taxi, which is much more expensive than the normal market price. We paid 190 pesos for a taxi from the airport to the hotel, but the taxi arranged by the hotel cost 450 pesos.

Son mega amables

Muy bonito local, lindas instalaciones, super limpio. Nos proporcionaron toallas para la alberca sin costo alguno. Estaba frente al mar y tenian varios restaurantes ricos cerca. Nos entregaron el cuarto mucho antes del check in porque ya lo tenian listo.

La cama era un poco chica para dos adultos, y la puerta de la ducha no cerraba y se inundó el baño.

La ubicacion. El lugar muy bonito y tranquilo. La playa cerca y se puede caminar hasta la embocadura del río

The staff were all attentive and lovely.

Location and staff are exceptional. The front desk staff and maid were super friendly and always happy to help. I got a balcony room that I really enjoyed. My third stay here. They have a beautiful rooftop terrace but the wonderful lounge chairs that were up there are no longer there. Just wooden table type chairs. Not the best for lounging in the sun. They also offered coffee and toast in the morning which I enjoyed.

Some things were a little run down. Or no longer there like the rooftop lounge chairs I mentioned above. I sat down on one of the folding style chairs on the deck and almost went through to the floor. The webbing was deteriorated from the sun. And no I’m not a big person, 190 for a guy.
