The room was small and clean. We had a balcony with an ocean view with two chairs and a table where we sat to rest and chat. There was unexpected toast and coffee for breakfast. That was a nice surprise.

No place to hang clothes. A couple of flip down Ikea type hooks and 4 hangers would be adequate. We loved the balcony but the deck furniture and the deck were gruby as well as had blown in leaves and dirt. It should be cleaned as well as the room.

Close to beach

The pop-up night club on the beach wrecked the nature reserve vibe of the beautiful beach for me.

Excellent location and views from the rooftop terrace. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the free coffee every morning.

Not a big thing but tables on the terrace should be wiped down and the lobby tables were full of coffee stains.

So for us this was a fantastic place. We found out this hotel by accident and eventually it was thanks to this place that we really enjoyed our time at the Pacific coast of Oaxaca. You need a car to get there, but if you do, it is fantastic. It is located next to a beautiful beach (where you can go for long walks or swim), it has its own swimming pool and a view of the sea from your very room or the terrace in front of your room-that is if your rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor, which I recommend. Ours was - the first night, we got upgraded for free by the owner (who, apart from other languages, speaks Polish..wow). He did not have to upgrade us but he did so that we had a nicer time..a very nice gesture. Eventually we stayed 3 more nights. Also, there was a Canadian boy who works at the reception, also extremely friendly and helpful. The place is clear, quiet (if you have good neighbours) and in a premier location...esentially you have a hotel behind this one where you pay 300USD a night, but this one has better access to the sea and better views. A total steal.
