The location, since the place is really far to the center and there is no stores or restaurants near of it, you are not able to enter to the sea since the waves are really aggressive

Comfortable bed

The hotel is located close to a dirty-non swimmable beach. One of the rooms we rented had a nightstand infested with termites ( drawer full). No restaurant.

With the exception of 2 staff members the attitude was terrible The location is too remote from restaurants and bars the hotels restaurant bar and terrace were all closed the pool was dirty about to go green no where to lounge by the pool even after asking for a banana loumge to be moved from the closed terrace they said no. Completely overpriced

Close to beach but no beach amenities like palapas or chairs

The AC started leaking on the bed soaking it. The staff was very nice to move us to a new room right away. The restaurante wasn't working.

Pretty small room, expensive for this price. Restaurant didn't open. One pillow was little dirty.
